Memorials & Honorariums

Giving a donation to the library in someone's honor or memory is a wonderful way to both support the West Pittston Library and pay tribute to a loved one.

Your donation is used to purchase books that community members will enjoy for years to come.  We will place a memorial or honor plaque in the inside of a new book that indicates the person or persons being honored or memorialized and the donor.

Please open and fill out the donation form and either bring it in or mail it with your donation check made out to the West Pittston Library. You may also stop by the library and fill out a form at the circulation desk. While we would like to be able to honor everyone's request for a particular title, sometimes this may not be possible.  We do our best to assign appropriate titles for memorial and honor books.

Don't limit yourself for how you can honor someone special. Be creative! Donate to the library in honor of someone's birthday, graduation, wedding, anniversary, class reunion or even just to say, "thanks". Surprise us with what you come up with!
